Why he is working with social work: “I can see that the community can solve their problems on their own with our help and that makes me feel good. To work against discrimination and to create unity in the society are also aspects of why this type of work is so rewarding. We use information and knowledge as a way of creating capacity development amongst our groups and those methods has shown to be helpful to increase the knowledge about fundamental rights to our target groups.
Further, why I work with social work is because I get a chance to combine economic, political, cultural and sociological aspects when working with Human Rights in practice.” |
